Michigan Online School is an online public charter school authorized by Gobles Public Schools in Gobles, Michigan. Since January 2018, Michigan Online School has offered education entirely online to students in grades K-12 in the great state of Michigan. Michigan Online School is governed by an independent Board of Directors who oversee the financial solubility and academic performance of the school and its students.

Why Michigan Online School?

Receiving a quality education is every individual’s first real job in life. Students who complete high school and earn their diploma show commitment, focus, and work ethic to potential employers. These qualities vastly increase their career opportunities.

Leading a fulfilling adult life is more challenging without a diploma. In today’s tech-centric job market, employers are less impressed by a GED than in previous years. Also, certain military branches require a high school diploma for entry. Even in branches that don’t require it, not having a diploma can significantly reduce advancement opportunities.

Yet, a traditional brick-and-mortar school doesn’t always fit the needs of every student. For many, an online school is the best option to get the high-quality education they deserve. And for some, it might be the only option.
